Gates open at 4:00pm and Fireworks will begin at dusk. Be sure to take advantage of the free bussing services. Pick up locations are O’Brien Stadium at EIU in Charleston and the Cross County Mall Parking lot in Mattoon. Busses will pick up on a 30 minute schedule starting at 4:30pm.
